HAPPY MOTHER'S WEEK TO THE SPINNING QUEEN!!!

We picked Mom up and took her straight to a Pottery Barn so she could get her Pottery Barn fix and then we headed home but only after we got a Coke for the trip home! Seth introduced Mom to some of his new music as we drove with the windows down enjoying the warm Florida night air!
Seth's crazy wind blow hair and Mom and I are sporting the "Wind Glasses" :-)
We felt like we were walking through an Italian shopping mall with all the fountains...Mom loved the palm trees too!

After a good day at the pool and a big sweet tea we really enjoyed our shopping expedition to the outlets
Mom was always commenting on all the greenery...as I was thinking about the Steak Salad Seth and I were going to make that night for her along with a good game of "Ticket to Ride"
Seth thought Mom looked cute in this beach hat...I have such a shopper on my hands and I so love it!!
Happy M-O-M Day, we are on our way to Next Level Church and then off for a day in Naples :-)
One of the things we did for Mother's Day was take Mom on a 'very mild' version of the Everglades (which means there is a barrier between you and the gators haha) We walked a boardwalk through HUGE (Mom do you get the play on words there??? HUGE MOM HUGE!!) Cypress trees, we watched gators sun bathe in the mud and birds were everywhere. Everything was really relaxing and beautiful except for the biting flies, we were excited that there weren't any mosquitoes b/c they have fish that eat  the mosquito eggs....but then we were warned of the biting flies...there is always something down here in Florida that wants to give me itch bites...my poor legs are hideous!

Mom didn't like leaning over to point at the gator....oh how I would have loved to take her to the Anihinga Trail where you have to walk around gators!!

Watching the sunset on Barefoot Beach...Seth and Mom playing in the warm water looking for shells
We love this picture....Such a Mother/Daughter Moment on the Beach...Love you so much Mom!! You are a beautiful women who I hope to be more and more like as I go through different seasons in my life!
Yoga on the beach...after our private Mother Daughter Yoga lesson at the gym :-)

I loved spending the whole week with my Mama...I will never forget all the precious memories we made that week! And I can't wait until you come visit me again so we can do the same thing!!!

The local North Fort Myers ice cream joint Twisty Treat :-) Nothing better to top off a great day than an ice cream cone!
This here is my Mother's paradise...warm  uncrowded pool with a real palm tree, Francine River Book in hand, with a Chick-Fil-A Sweet tea...and that is how we spent our time together in Florida haha!!! And we loved every single minute!!!

Spin class here we come...Day three Mom it is only going to get better from here!!! This is the scripture that gets me through spin class "Keep your mind on things above, not on earthly things" Col 3:2     DON'T LOSE THE MIND GAME!!!
Piliates is such a nice cool down and work-out after crazy intense Spin class...I loved having a work-out buddy with me!! I miss my Momma!

Abs + Spinning + Pilates = Total Exhaustion

We were Chick-Fil-A's best customers that week...I think four times in one day...but hey we were on vacation!!!
We were TJ-acholics that week as well...we dug for good deals and got some cute stuff! Thanks for the adorable beach towel and our Happy Feet shoes...we love them!!

Ticket to Ride game night....Brooke is of course the Champ with an adrenaline rush at the end close fun game!
 Mom's last day....Bye Fort Myers!
Bye Mom...we miss you already! Thank you so much for coming out to see us and we will be home soon!!!

AUTISM SPIN-A-THON (AKA 3 HOURS OF SPIN CLASS AHHHHH!!!)

I was apart of a 3 hour spin-a-thon that helped kids with Autism. It was such a neat and challenging event...I loved the high energy atmosphere because no one had done a 3 hours spin-a-thon before!  Both the people who were next to me had a child that had Autism so it made the purpose even more real after listening to the parents talk about different struggles and cute stories of their child with Autism.  Awesome Awesome Awesome...and yes I made all the way through...but I spent the rest of the day at the pool relaxing :-)

SPINNING SWEETIES

Cheryl and Debbie are such sweet sweet ladies that I have been blessed to get to know through my Spinning and Ab classes that I have been taking down here in Florida. Cheryl (orange shirt) is my spinning and abs class instructor who kicks my butt in every class I take...Love it!!! Debbie never fails to come say 'hi' to me in class and make me feel right at home! It is so nice to see the community building that takes place in that fitness center...perfect example Cheryl and Debbie invited me out to lunch with them where we talked for a couple hours like old friends...cherished memory created that day!
